Genus Argiope includes large garden spiders that sit in the center of their webs and often have a stabilimentum in their web.
There are three argiopes in our area. This immature was found on cacuts and in the vacinity of mature A. argentata. Can't be 100% sure if this one is too but I'd say 99%.
