What's New December 2013BIRDS, BIRDS, BIRDS! New Camera and Winter Migration!!!! I went a little wild trying to shoot birds in flight.
Some highlights for me included adding, new to my list, American Pipit, White-throated Swift, and Ross's Goose, finding a Pink-sided variation of a Dark-eyed Junco and a Leucistic (white not albino) Black-crowned Night Heron.
Be reassured that in the next few months I will settle down a bit and have fewer photos - hopefully of better quality.

Oh, Kim, your new camera has allowed you to add so many lovely entries to your web site. I especially love the photos of the goldfinches in your yard. The colors are magnificent!
