Expanded section on insect anatomy
I visited Carmel and visited the elephant seals on the way up.
I saw lots of fungi and lichen.
My Mexican Marigold (Tenax sp.) was in bloom and attracted lots of syrphid flies.
Termites were swarming after it rained.
We searched for and finally found the banded argiope!
